Now that your dog knows the basics and then some it’s time to introduce some intermediate level commands. We are also going to work on D.R.O.P.

The Basics:

  • D.R.O.P.
  • Distance (adding distance between you and your dog while giving commands)
  • Reliability (Getting your dog to respond to your commands while there are distractions)
  • Over time (Teaching your dog to hold positions/commands for longer periods of time)
  • Positions (Your dog should listen whether you’re standing, sitting, laying down etc.)
  • Finalize return to heel
  • Touch
  • Target
  • Wait
  • Stand
  • Heel

WonderDog Extras:
