What we collect
When you request an introduction, we collect your name, email, mobile number, preferred contact method, ZIP code, neighborhood, and the details you share about your dogs, the care you are looking for, and your routine. We do not ask for a street address, door codes, alarm codes or key locations in the request form.
How we use it
We use these details to review your request, check coverage for your area, and contact you about it. If you opt in, we may also send occasional Blue Dog news and care-related updates. You can opt out at any time.
Clients
Once care is arranged, care notes, visit updates and photos are kept in your private Blue Dog account. Entry details are stored separately and shown only to the people caring for your dog.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Website measurement, if used, never includes names, phone numbers, addresses, notes or form answers.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling 917-716-6481. Clients can also make a privacy request from their account.
