These terms cover the Blue Dog website and the introduction request.
Introduction requests
Submitting a request does not confirm service, pricing or scheduling, and does not create a booking or a charge. Blue Dog reviews every request personally and may decline a request, for example when an address is outside the area we can serve well.
Care agreements
Care begins only after an introduction. Scheduling, pricing, cancellations and other service terms are agreed with each household directly before the first visit.
Accurate information
Please share accurate details about your dogs, especially anything that affects their safety or the safety of others.
